Refreshing honesty from a developer, and it made me wonder just how many other iPad apps have been released without having been anywhere near the hardware.
Sure, the simulator is good - very good, in fact. But, as a developer of a few iPhone apps, I know that on more than one occasion, an app that ran fine on the simulator didn't run well (or at all) on the device.
Seems a little risky to me to release an iPad app that's never been run on an actual iPad!
